Setup Step 7 - Service Request Scale (Optional)

 
(Optional) The service request scale provides the drop down answers for the questions in the service request balanced scorecard assessment.  Each answer is assigned a scale value that is multiplied by each questions weighting.  The total for each question is then summed to provide an overall value of service request importance.
