St.  Louis, Missouri - 02/04/2009 – VCSonline has reported a 35% increase in 2008 revenues of their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) resource and project management solution, VPMi.  New VPMi customers overwhelmingly cite their decision was based on the need to better manage projects and resources without the overhead of complex software, licensing, servers, and added staff.
